You’ll learn practical, hands-on techniques that help create balance in the pregnant body and support smoother fetal rotation through the three levels of the pelvis during labor.
Spinning Babies® emphasizes comfort, movement, and optimal fetal positioning. With these tools, you and your birth partner can work together before and during labor to “make room for baby” and encourage a more comfortable, efficient birthing experience.
Class participants receive access to the Spinning Babies® Parent Portal with additional online resources and a digital copy of the Daily Essentials to continue practicing what they learn at home.
