Cuarentena Care -
Holistic Postpartum

In Mesoamerican cultures, as in many other traditions around the world, there is a long-held belief that the way a mother is cared for during her postpartum period profoundly shapes her long-term health. To restore the vitality depleted through childbirth, a new mother requires love, nourishment, rest, and attentive care. When she is held in this sacred space of recovery, the well-being of the entire family is strengthened.
