 Therapeutic Prenatal Massage

Our Therapeutic Prenatal Massage is designed to support the body through the many physical changes of pregnancy. This session helps relieve muscle cramps, reduce swelling, and ease discomfort in areas like the lower back, hips, and feet. By improving circulation and lymphatic flow, it can reduce fatigue and promote a sense of lightness in the body. It also supports hormonal balance by lowering cortisol levels, helping to create space for deep rest and emotional ease. Full Body Balancing Massage

Pregnancy brings profound physical shifts, and while some discomfort is expected, ongoing pain often signals an underlying imbalance. The Full Body Balancing Massage is a two-hour session designed to address these imbalances with focused care and intention. Unlike a standard prenatal massage that centers on relaxation, this offering includes 30 minutes of guided movement and targeted muscle release, followed by hands-on bodywork that helps create space and ease in the pregnant body. This session supports alignment of the pelvis, softening of the surrounding tissues, and nervous system regulation—all essential for reducing discomfort and preparing the body for a smoother, more balanced labor. By restoring function and flow, Full Body Balancing Massage can help alleviate tension, support fetal positioning, and bring comfort back into the body during a time of deep transformation.

Duration: 2 Hours         Cost: $ 180.00

Package of 3                 Cost: $  500.00

PLEASE NOTE: This session includes 30 minutes of guided stretches and targeted muscle releases, please wear comfortable clothing.

Labor Preparation Massage

This 90-minute session is offered for those who are 38 weeks and beyond, designed to support your transition into labor—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rather than focusing on stimulation, this massage invites openness and release, helping the body soften and settle into readiness for birth. The session begins with focused work on the feet, hands, and head to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. A gentle belly massage follows, supporting uterine tone and connection with your baby. The session closes with sacral release to help ground the body and encourage a sense of alignment and ease. This massage is not intended to induce labor, but to support the body’s natural unfolding by offering space to rest, release tension, and emotionally prepare for the journey ahead. Must be at least 38 weeks to book.

Duration: 90 Minutes         Cost: $ 130.00

PLEASE NOTE: This massage is only offer for those 38 weeks and beyond.  This is not an induction massage.

Breech Release & Body Balancing

For those with a baby in breech or "non-optimal position" As a certified Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner and practicing home birth midwife, I offer this in-depth session to support individuals whose baby is in a breech or other non-head-down position. This 2.5 to 3-hour session combines education, guided movement, and hands-on bodywork to bring greater balance to the pregnant body and create space for baby to move into a more optimal position. Rather than trying to “flip” the baby, this session gently encourages the body to release tension, restore alignment, and invite change. It can also help prepare the body for a medical External Cephalic Version (ECV) if that becomes part of your care plan. What’s included: Review of current baby position and intake Education on breech positioning and home practice, including the Breech Protocol (e-book provided) 30 minutes of guided movement and muscle releases for balance 90-minute body balancing massage Sacral Release A customized plan of care and follow-up recommendations While not every baby will turn, this session can offer deep support—physically and emotionally—for navigating this part of your journey with clarity and confidence.

PLEASE NOTE: Note: It’s helpful to know the type of breech presentation (frank, complete, footling, etc.) before your session, if possible. The earlier body balancing work is started—ideally between 32 and 36 weeks—the better the chances of baby turning head down naturally.
